60-Night In-Home Trial

Purchasing the right mattress for you and your love ones is a very important decision. Why not take your time deciding rather than making the wrong choice and having to sleep with it. At Plasmabed, we know you'll fall in love with our mattress. That's why we invite you to try it out in the comfort of your own home. When you purchase a Plasmabed, you'll have 60 nights to make sure that you're completely satisfied. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we'll authorize an exchange of your mattress*. All you have to do is pay for the cost of shipping your mattress back to us. After all, you should never have to compromise your sleep.

Even after 60 nights we still have you covered. Every one of our Plasmabed Mattresses comes with an astounding 20-Year Limited Warranty - one of the longest warranties in the industry. It's a reflection of our commitment to unwavering quality and product integrity. We never want you to have a bad night's sleep again so we try to ensure that the Plasmabed could be the last mattress you'll ever need to purchase.

You may exchange your mattress one time within the 60-night trial period*. Exchanges between sizes and models (i.e. from Queen to King or from a Plasmabed 800 Series to a Plasmabed 900 Series) will be processed as whole bed exchanges. You will be responsible for any difference in price as well as shipping charges of the initial bed back to Plasmabed.

Exchanging Your Bed We hope you are completely satisfied with your Plasmabed, but if you decide to exchange the bed during the In-Home Trial period, contact Customer Service at 1-800-736-7292 before packing your bed. All merchandise being exchanged must be in good condition and be given an "Exchange Merchandise Authorization" (EMA) number from Customer Service, which will expire 30 days from date of issue. The EMA must be included with all products in order to track and promptly process your exchange. All shipping and incidental charges to exchange the bed is the customer's responsibility. Delivery fees or freight will be customer's responsibility. The representative can also provide valuable tips on how to efficiently pack the bed and suggest a shipping carrier to minimize your expense. Defective or Damaged Components All items that are defective on arrival, or are found to be defective within the In-Home Trial period will be replaced at no cost to you. The shipping charges to replace the defective product will be incurred by Plasmabed.


Accessories

30-Day Accessory Exchange Choosing bed accessories to provide Personalized Comfort is just as important as selecting your bed. If, for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your pillow, or other bedding accessory purchase, we will authorize a one-time exchange for a different product within 30 days of purchase. Exchanged accessories must be unopened, unused, in good condition and the original proof of purchase must be presented. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-736-7292 to request an exchange. Customer Service will provide you with an EMA number. The EMA must be included with all products that are shipped back to us in order to track your exchange and promptly process your request. * No returns or exchanges on Adjustable Foundations. No refund on downgrading. All shipping and incidental charges to exchange the bed is the customer's responsibility. Applies to online purchases only.
