Salesman was a great guy; he was well informed and left lots of space for the customer to consider the decision. Not a hard sell. Fours years later and our mattress is like day one for look and feel. Our bed frame is still mechanicaly sound but the lamination has peeled a little here and there.

The beds are great - we've bought two so far - but it's the pillows we went back for today. After too many nights of someone stealing one of our favorite pillows, we finally purchased another for our son. Not sure why we waited so long.
Don't be put off by the brick like shape, the Empress is the best pillow out there in my opinion, and after 4 years with ours they are still in excellent condition. So much better than the fibre-fill ones that turn into a pancake or a lump, and a great alternative to down if you're allergic, or as an accompaniment if you aren't.
